It's a Monday

A beautiful weekend weather wise, only kink is that I have a cold.
Can you spell N-Y-Q-U-I-L?

Middle DD has to take PSSA tests today in another town. She is
home schooled just in case you are wondering why she isn't
taking them at school.


Youngest DD home sick from school. Not quite sure of the
arrangements for her at this point.


Now for my utterly useless thoughts.


I dislike cartoons. Used to love them as a kid. Saturday
mornings with my brothers flicking back and forth between
our two channel lineup. They liked Bugs Bunny while
I lived for Jana of the Jungle. (remember her, kinda female Tarzan).


Now I find the voices of cartoon characters positively
mind numbing. The plot lines or lack there of make
me crazy. I have never watched a single episode of
Sponge Bob and plan to keep it that way.


I think it is over exposure that has put me over the edge.
Multiple channels, all day, all the time, it never stops.

Do I sound bitter?

Day 5: Socks remain with an additional one on the porch. I have

not made a postive ID on the porch sock at this time. It may

in fact belong to a neighborhood child as several where here

yesterday.
